Delivery Timings

We deliver 365 days in a year. Our usual delivery timing is between
9 am − 8 pm. We do not guarantee specific time deliveries however customer can place a preference and we will do our best to deliver within preferred time line.
Midnite deliveries are available with delivery fee of Rs.350 only. Midnite orders are delivered between 11:30 pm − 12:30 am in select cities.

We accept same day delivery orders till 5 pm IST. For special requests, please contact our customer care.
Will the flowers look exactly same as picture?

We will do everything possible to replicate the flowers as pictured on our website. If an item is unavailable due to seasonal or local restrictions, we will substitute it with another item of similar design, color, quality and yes of equal or higher price. Eventually the flower bouquet will look nice and be of best value for money.
Will the Cake look exactly same as picture?

As we deliver over 300 cities in India, cake is a perishable product and we source it locally from a renowned bakery. Therefore the cake may not look exactly same as shown in picture but the flavor will be same as selected.
What if no one is home when my flowers are delivered?

We usually call recipient and co-ordinate regarding delivery. If the recipient number is incorrect or not reachable, we will either leave it with neighbor or bring back to our workshop. In this case, if the order is not claimed same day, it will be treated as delivered as flowers are perishable and cannot be preserved until next day.
However in case of a re-delivery request, a delivery fee may incur depending on location and other factors.
How do I know if my order is delivered?

We usually notify customers using SMS and email that their order has been delivered. You can call our tracking team to check about a delayed order, however in normal cases we do not have any current (live) status available once it is out for delivery.

I was placing an order but my page got error

It usually happens due to time-out error between our payment gateway and bank servers. Please do not panic, just call our customer service and they will help you further. In most cases, you will not require to re-submit whole details again.
How safe is your website and my card information?

MFT is 100% safe and secured website to handle your private and confidential data. However to ensure best SSL security, we do not take any card information at our website and re-direct you to world-class payment gateways with most secured order processing system.
What if I need to cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled 2 working days before delivery date. In this case 100% amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days after we acknowledge the cancellation request.
Order for gift items (shipping items) can be canceled minimum 4 working days prior to delivery date.
However if your request for cancellation is one day prior to delivery date, unfortunately there will be no refund applicable. However in some cases you may qualify for a credit voucher, please contact our customer service for more details.

How can I change the date of delivery for my order?

Delivery date change may be permissible with a request received at least one day in advance. You will need to get in touch with our customer service to do any changes with your order.

Can I send multiple orders to one location?

Yes, you can send multiple orders to one location, or multiple items in one order. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact customer service.

We deliver to whole of USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Dubai, Singapore, China & Thailand. We will add 18 more countries in 4Q of 2011.
