 Delivery Policy

1. The delivery orders to P.O. Boxes and APO's are kindly not accepted by us.

2. Due to certain unavoidable reasons, we are not able to guarantee timely delivery to places such as hospitals, military bases, cemeteries and places that lie in rural areas. However, our endeavor is to deliver the goods in close proximity with the desired time.

3. It is recommended to the customers that they should place their orders minimum 2-3 days in advance in case of a national or major holiday.

4. The products that fall in the 'Grower Direct Products' category are delivered to your doorsteps with the help of Next Day Shipping Service.

5. In case of certain services such as BlueDart, AFL, Fed Ex or UPS etc. the delivery person may leave the parcel right at your doorstep if he does not meet the concerned person in house. It is because signature of the customer is not mandatory in such cases.

6. If you reside at a remote place and are desirous of delivery at your place, you may have to pay some additional delivery charges depending upon your location. You can get additional information in this regard from our customer service center by email or phone. We will be happy to assist you.

7. If your address or contact information turns to be wrong, we will not be liable for kind of loss and will not provide refund in such a case.

8. If you want that the delivery of package should be made in a hospital, we cannot take responsibility for any kind of divergence and will deliver the package strictly according to the hospital rules.

 Refund Policy

You will get refund as per the following regulations.

1. If it so happens that you have to cancel your order one day prior to delivery, we ensure you full refund of your amount without any kind of penalty (except transaction fees of $ 2.50 or INR 100).

2. The management of our company will be the chief authority regarding refund. Its decision will be final and binding on all such orders.

3. If you are not pleased with the quality of our product, we will either replace the product with another product of equal value or provide you full refund. The only condition being that the complaint about substandard quality should be authentic and not fabricated. Our personnel will ensure the authenticity of your statement.
 



 Terms of use

1. It may be possible that the products that are displayed on the website may not be present in actuality. This may happen because of non-availability of some seasonal flowers. It may also not be possible to provide the exact kind of flowers because of some local restrictions. However, we guarantee the number of flowers to be equal to what is shown on the site. We also guarantee that the quality of the replaced flowers will be same or superior to what is displayed on the website.

2. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the accurate address on which the delivery is to be made. In case of any inappropriateness in the address, we cannot be held liable and hence will not be accountable for any kind of replacement or refund request.

3. It is very difficult to deliver the product exactly on time. A margin of 15-30 minutes should be normally allowed on the either side. This means that your delivery can reach you 30 minutes sooner or later. In case the delivery does not reach you at all because of no fault of yours, we will provide replacement or compensation. You are not liable to claim anything else than the amount spent by you.

4. In the orders which involve products like cakes, the delivery is possible only after 10.30 a.m. The reason being that cakes are to be made fresh each day and take time for their preparation. We are committed to provide you fresh products and hence request you to bear with us as far as the time constraint is concerned.
