The process of booking is simple. Delivery is on time and done efficiently. But there can be more combo gift options. For eg I wanted a bouquet and water sipper. But if I opt for it the sipper will be delivered only on Wednesday while the birthday is on Sunday. This can be improved from your side.

Update: I checked the order again and looks like the order was delivered correctly. I would like to request the site developers to not give an option to choose a flavour when the cake flavour is pre-fixed. My order read the flavour as vanilla but the description said the cake is chocolate flavored.
